Karar\u0131n, toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma hizmetlerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.
